I woke up this morning nearly forgetting that it was Easter Sunday. I'd forgotten to set my normal Sunday morning alarm, too; but at least I got up well before it was time to panic-rush in getting ready for church. I got three pairs of cute earrings along with the family usual of butterfinger chocolate eggs (for those of us who can have dairy), Starbursts, Starburst jelly beans, speckled jelly beans and bubble gum eggs.

Unfortunately, mom wasn't feeling too well, so she, Katie and I ended up staying home. Buddy and Patrick were able to catch a ride with the Maddins, since they had room for two more. So I finished up a pair of fingerless gloves and got started on another pair. I'm looking for other things to make and sell - doll clothes, maybe. I should knit some more dishclothes, too.

  1. yes Mary G, it was Easter. now we can have hope, that there is life after death. this necessarily means you and i should take this life on earth very seriously. Kingdom of God is how far we live the life here and now to the fulness. wish you a happy Easter.
