I'm only mildly surprised that I'm just now posting that I had my first sale on Etsy.com on Saturday!!!! Someone in Boston bought the light- and dark-brown striped blanket - the blanket with the zigzag pattern on one side and the horizontal stripes on the other. That was so exciting! I squealed when I received notification of its purchase - and I'm usually not a squealer. The package was finally mailed off on Tuesday, since Monday was Columbus day. Whoever gets that blanket up there will certainly need it!! Now it get to buy more yarn to finish up the green and white blanket just like it. *grin* Or maybe I should just save that money for a car. Or a mission... So many choices. Hopefully I'll make the right one.
In the meantime, though, I'm working on more fingerless gloves to put up on my Etsy shop. I should probably put some on eBay too....
Congrats Mary! That was a beautiful blanket. I'm ready to see that Christmas stripes one finished. It's awesome!
